Membership is open to qualified companies meeting Nigeria’s regulatory standards for electronic invoicing. Eligible entities include:
Non-refundable application fee: ₦1,000,000.
Completed accreditation form
Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration with a minimum paid-up share capital of ₦10,000,000.
Company objectives must include e-invoice technology in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Letter of introduction from the company secretary.
Nigerians must hold at least one-third of the company’s shares (as per Section 13 (2) (d) of the Nigerian Start-up Act 2022).
Evidence of technical capability to serve as an Access Point Provider.
Submit a NITDA license copy within six months of registration.
Non-refundable application fee: ₦700,000.
Completed accreditation form
CAC registration with a minimum paid-up share capital of ₦10,000,000.
Company objectives must include e-invoice technology in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Letter of introduction from the company secretary.
Nigerians must hold at least one-third of the company’s shares (as per Section 13 (2) (d) of the Nigerian Start-up Act 2022).
Evidence of technical capability to serve as an Access Point Provider.
Submit a NITDA license copy within six months of registration.
Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. Renewal approval is automatic provided:
The company maintains the required paid-up share capital.
There are no unresolved conflicts, including court cases.
The company meets all audit and regulatory requirements.
